Abstract Submission Fee (Currency: Japanese Yen (JPY))

• * Presenter has to make payment for abstract submission fee by February 21. Otherwise, the paper will be rejected.
• * Paid abstract submission fee will NOT be refund at any reason.

Assembly Registration Fee (Currency: Japanese Yen (JPY))

The Assembly registration fee includes:

• * Admission to all Assembly sessions and entrance to the exhibition
• * All Assembly materials
• * Daily coffee/tea
• * Ice Breaker Reception

• *1 Participant's accompanying person (Family member only) could attend the Ice Breaker Reception for free.
• *2 IAG Dinner is limited to 120 seats and first-come-first sold basis.
• *3 IASPEI Dinner is limited to 300 seats and first-come-first sold basis.

Payment

Your registration will only be accepted when full payment has been received.
If you are unable to pay with a credit card (VISA, MasterCard, Diners Club, AMEX or JCB),
please settle your balance by bank transfer to following bank account.

• * If you require an invoice for the payment, please contact the Registration Office.
• * Receipt which will be divided to Abstract Submission Fee, Assembly Registration Fee and Dinner fee will be provided
    at the Assembly site.
• * If you require a receipt divided to each category in advance, please contact the Registration Office.
• * Please note that the payment method for onsite-registration will be cash or credit card.

Payment Confirmation

If you have paid the registration fee by credit card, Payment Confirmation will be sent to the registered e-mail address automatically.
If you pay the fee by bank transfer, a reply e-mail with bank information will be sent to the registered e-mail address. After confirming your payment, Payment Confirmation will be sent by the Registration Office.
Please print out the Payment Confirmation e-mail and present at the registration desk to receive the assembly materials and a printed receipt.

Registration Correction

If there is anything to be changed or corrected on your registration data, please contact the Registration Office.

Cancellation

If you cancel your participation in the Assembly, please be sure to notify the Registration Office by e-mail immediately. The following cancellation fee will apply, based on the date when the office receives notification of cancellation. All refunds will be made after the assembly. If the refund is made by bank transfer, bank transfer fee will be deducted from the amount to be paid back.

Cancellation fee for Assembly Registration Fee

Written notice of cancellation received:	Cancellation fee
Until May 31, 2017	JPY5,000 plus bank handling charge
From June 1, 2017	100% of the registration fee (No refund)

Cancellation fee for Social event tickets

Written notice of cancellation received:	Cancellation fee
Until May 31, 2017	0% of the registration fee plus bank handling charge
From June 1, 2017	100% of the registration fee (No refund)
